AMEC AGM 2025!
Respected AMEC Members,
Assalamu Alaikum wa Rohmotullahi Obarakatuhu.
We are very much enthusiastic to announce that the Annual General Meeting 2025 & post Eid-ul-Fitr Get-together will be on Friday, 25 April 2025. All Ex-MGCCians & AMEC members are cordially requested to mark the date.
Starting the day with a gorgeous Eid-ul-Fitr celebration for all Ex MGCCians in the morning session the day-long festivity will roll into the eventful AGM for only AMEC members in the afternoon.
The Executive Committee of AMEC urges the vibrant presence of you all. The schedule & venue will be circulated shortly.
Please note that a new Executive Committee will be formed for a 2-year term. If you would like to be an active member of EC, please come forward with your intention; you are requested to contact Nusrat Rahman Maria, Joint General Secretary (mobile: +880 1678-664302 ) by 24 March 2025, 12:00 pm.
The Executive Committee will be formed comprising the following posts:
– President
– Vice President (3 posts)
– General Secretary
– Treasurer
– Organizing Secretary
– Sports Secretary
– Web & Communication Secretary
– Cultural Secretary
Only those who have AMEC membership will be able to join the AGM. Membership is also mandatory for those who want to send their intention to be in the upcoming EC.
If expression of interest is submitted by multiple members for any said position of the EC there will be an election. In that case the Election Commission would be declared on 26 March 2025.
For your kind acknowledgement, we like to share the AMEC Constitution with you all. Both the PDF and the weblink are attached herewith.
Batch Representatives are requested to contact their batch-mates who are AMEC members to circulate the AGM and EC information with due importance.
